My friends over at Snake Oil mixed up this fabulous drink for a party designed by Cortnie Purdy with Canvas & Canopy Events. After editing all the photos my mouth started watering and I just had to ask for the recipe. I'm going to give it a try tonight, why don't you join me!

PLUM TEA FIZZ

combine 1 ounce Mirabelle plum brandy
1/2 ounce Chambord
1/2 ounce chilled jasmine tea
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce pasteurized egg whites in a shaker
shake without ice for 15 seconds
pour into a cocktail glass
splash with club soda
& enjoy!
